My schedule is changing 2^nd semester.  We are starting a 4^th grade Read180 class that is 90 minutes long after lunch.

The 5^th Grade Read180 class is finishing reading “Bud’s Breakfast.”  We will start the units 3 writing assignment next week.

2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th Grades have just finished taking the Aims web and Delta math assessments, so we will be looking to see what changes we need to make to the title math groups.

5th Grade Read180:
We starterd unit three "Buds Breakfast" this is a historical fiction unit.  We will be looking at the main elements of a story.

5th Afternoon Title reading:
Spelling skill this week prefixes.  Continue to work on fluency and copmprehension.

Elementary Title Math
We are working in SuccessMaker and using white boards.  We will be assessing the students next week.

Jan 4th
Elementary Math:
We are continuing to work with white boards and on the SuccessMaker in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade title math classes.  We will be doing our midyear evaluations in the next couple of weeks.

5th Grade:

Read180 we finished up unit 2 this week.  It took a couple extra days because of Stanford Testing and the snow days before break.  We will be starting a new unit on Monday.  It is our first historical fiction unit of the year. 

5th grade afternoon title:
We will continue to work on improving our fluency and reading conprehension.
